World of Warcraft Item Upgrade
The item upgrade was first introduced in Generation II. This special item allows Porygon to transform into Porygon2 when traded while held.
It can be slotted into armor, weapon gear and trinkets to give an additional bonus effect or increase its value. However, the majority of upgrade components require that the item be at a certain level before it can be slotted in.
Recycle points
Recycle points can be used to upgrade certain items. They can be earned from plastic and recycling containers and also from completing missions. You can also earn them through the recycling incentive program which rewards players for bringing their garbage to recycling bins. To recycle an item, click on it using the right-click, and then press. You'll get a small amount in books and XP. This can be used to recycle all items including weapons and heroes. Substats
The sub-stats can be random, however they can be improved in a variety of ways. Rerolling an item can raise its ilvl in certain instances. However the item won't retain its ilvl level, so rerolling is only beneficial when the item has rare affixes.
Rerolling an object resets its base power, all upgrades and substats. This is beneficial in the event that a ring's substats are not what the player wants or if the rings maximum power was less than the one desired. The reroll token can be obtained in various ways like from the mistery container, as an item dropped from skulled creatures, or as part of an incentive for killing a boss.
Weapons, armor, rings and other items can all be changed. Weapons can be rerolled for physical power, spellpower, or health. Rings can be rerolled to increase durability or damage, while armor can be rerolled to reduce damage or increase defense. Rerolling a crafted equipment item can also result in a rare-like item of the same kind. However, a rerolled item does not keep the ilvl of its previous owner, and any wasted resources won't be compensated.
The process of rerolling can be accomplished by pressing the green button with a circling arrows on the items menu. The button will not appear on any item currently being used by an enemy unit.
